Fees and Waivers
Certain fees and waivers are applied automatically during our online registration process. We acknowledge that there may be exceptions in the application of these fees and waivers and have provided you with instructions below on how to request exclusion:
- A Photo Release Waiver is automatically included in the waiver section of the online registration. In order to opt out of the Photo Release please click here to send an email to our registrar.
- Program Assistant Credits will appear in your shopping cart when you check out.
- A $58.70 Skate Canada Fee is applied to all Canskate, Advanced Canskate, Canpower and STARSkate registrations, and covers from September 1, 2023 to August 31, 2024. If you have already paid this fee for the 2023/2024 season and the system charges you again, please click here to send an email to our registrar and a $58.70 refund will be applied to your account. Please note that the Skate Canada fee has increased this year to reflect higher insurance costs, safe sport fees and general inflation. Recognizing this increase, the Goulbourn Skating Club has not increased base fees to help mitigate this price increase.
- If your home club has previously been a different club and you are wishing to switch this season to Goulbourn, please click here to send an email to our registrar so we can facilitate the transfer.
