  • "My coaching philosophy is centered on helping skaters unlock their full potential, both on and off the ice. I strive to foster a love for figure skating by creating an environment that encourages passion, perseverance and enjoyment. I believe that learning how to set meaningful goals and working towards achieving them is essential not only for success in skating but also for personal growth. By guiding my skaters through this process, I hope to instill in them a sense of accomplishment, resilience and confidence that extends beyond the rink."

  • Represented Canada in Synchronized Skating
    • 1996 - National Capital Senior Precision Skating Team - Gothenburg,  Sweden - 3rd Place 
    • 1997 - National Capital Senior Precision Skating Team - Milano, Italy - 7th Place
    • 2000 - Kanata Techniques - Junior - Rouen, France, 1st Place
  • Participated in various seminars with renowned skaters/coaches such as  Josee Chouinard, Lloyd Eisler, Kurt Browning, Doug Leigh, Marina Zoueva, Elizabeth Manley, Kaisa Arrateig, Pascal Denis and Brian Orser.
  • Returned to the ice as an adult skater, joining the Capital Ice A1 Synchronized Skating Team in 2019. Still loving it, and happy with the decision!
  • Fun little-known fact: I was an extra in the 2006 movie, Bon Cop Bad Cop, as a Figure Skating Cheerleader!
