Coaching Philosophy
"Appreciation of each skater's individuality, strengths and differences is at the heart of my coaching philosophy. I facilitate a fun, light-hearted environment that highlights each skater's strengths in fundamental skills, while providing challenging alternatives to broaden their learning possibilities. My mission is to teach according to the skaters' interests, whether it is entering competitions or skating for the experience. I aim to help guide skaters to incorporate self-expression into their skating while fostering creativity.
