WITHDRAWALS
OUTSTANDING FEES
All program fees, as well as any outstanding fees owed to the Club, must be paid before the start of the program or according to the installment schedule. Skaters with unpaid fees will not be permitted to participate in any sessions.
Skaters registering for an Assessment Day must ensure all outstanding fees are paid in full prior to the Assessment Day. These include, but are not limited to:
RELEASE AND WAIVER
By registering, the participant acknowledges and agrees that the Goulbourn Skating Club ("GSC") and its Executive Members, Agents, Directors, Officers, Coaches, and Volunteers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, property damage, or losses, and releases the Club and its representatives from all claims arising from such incidents.
PRIVACY NOTICE
Your privacy is important to us. The personal information you provide during registration will be used to register you with Skate Canada and for related services, including events. This information may be shared with Skate Canada affiliates, including your local skating club or provincial association. By submitting this registration, you consent to the collection and sharing of your personal information for registration and services purposes.

- Skaters must register in the appropriate category, level and program based on their qualifications at the time of registration. After registration, skaters will be notified only if there are any changes to the requested session times. The Club reserves the right to move skaters between levels based on their skating abilities.
- The Club may adjust skaters’ ice times depending on registration numbers or cancel sessions if registration is insufficient. If a session is canceled or modified, a refund may be provided.
- In certain cases, program registrations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
PAYMENT
- Payment must be made online by credit card.
- Program and registration fees may be paid in installments for the Winter sessions only (October through March).
- Payment for Fall, Spring and Summer skate sessions must be made on the date of registration.
- Skate Canada fees must be paid at the time of registration.
WITHDRAWALS
- Skaters may withdraw from a program and receive a refund, less a $25 administration fee, if the withdrawal request is made at least 5 business days prior to the first on-ice session.
- Skaters may withdraw from registered sessions after the program start date for medical reasons. A prorated refund will be issued based on the number of sessions attended and the remaining sessions. A medical certificate must be provided to the Club Registrar.
- Refunds are not provided for missed sessions due to vacation or scheduling conflicts.
- For skaters in a CanSkate or PowerSkate program, a non-medical withdrawal may be granted after the program start date, provided the withdrawal request is made within the first 4 sessions of the program. In these circumstances a pro-rated refund, less a $25 administration fee, will be applied.
- Please note: Skate Canada fees are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to Skate Canada upon registration and are not refundable to the Club.

- Club clothing expenses
- any other fees or monies owed to the Club
