Coaching Philosophy
"I believe that all individuals, regardless of age, gender, needs, etc., should be able to participate and grow from involvement in sport. I want to help foster a love of exercise and healthy lifestyles with my passion for figure skating. I endeavour to create a fun and encouraging environment to assist skaters in achieving their goals while teaching life skills along the way."

  • Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), Prevention and Management of Aggressive Behaviours (PMAB), and Understanding and Managing Aggressive Behaviours (UMAB) trained
  • Mental Health First Aid and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) trained​
