Did you know the Goulbourn Skating Club is organized and operated primarily by parent volunteers?

From the president of the club to the man or woman switching out the CD's at rink side, every aspect of our club life is a success due entirely to its volunteer population. Aside from our webmaster and office administrator the structure of this club is wholly dependent upon the generosity of its membership's volunteer time.

That being said, we have currently experienced a decline in our volunteer population while our skater enrolment has continued to increase steadily. The result is an unfortunate imbalance between need and availability. This year, while we continue to provide our skaters with an excellent program, we are working hard to rebuild the volunteer community within the skating populace of the club itself. And this is where you come in.

Remember, this year is an Ice Show Year, where we put on a gloriously spectacular presentation of your children's achievements on ice. Volunteers are desperately needed to make this a successful event.
