All skaters, coaches, parents and guardians are responsible for familiarizing themselves with and abiding by all Goulbourn Skating Club by-laws, rules and policies. Parents may be requested to assist with any Club function as required.

It is the responsibility of the parent/skater to monitor the bulletin boards (at the Richmond and Stittsville Community Centres, and the Goulbourn Recreation Centre) on a regular basis for changes in schedules and announcements.

The Club shall not be responsible for any damages, injury or loss of property to any member, guest or visitor to the Club regardless of the reason or nature of such damage, loss or injury; and further, every member, guest or visitor shall use Club facilities at his/her risk. Private and semi-private lessons and fee arrangements are between parent/skater and professional coach.

NOTE: PARENTS ARE REMINDED THAT THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY OF THEIR CHILD WHILE HE/SHE IS IN THE ARENA. PARENTS SHOULD ENSURE THAT SOMEONE IS THERE TO SUPERVISE THEIR CHILD AT ALL TIMES.
